Beautifully made, I've bought about 12 or so. Some for me and the rest were Gifts. The extra ear loop ties behind your head. Yes it stretches enough to put loops over ears and then tie the extra at back of neck IF you want to do this.

This was our second purchase. Masks are great and comfortable however the fit on our 2nd order was different from the first and we prefer the earlier ones.
